Aiden by Best Western Flagstaff

Everyone we met was pleasant, smiling, and helpful, even offering suggestions and directions to my cousin at checkout. The woman at the counter by the little store and coffee bar was especially sweet. When our heater had a bit of trouble, the front desk came over quickly to check it, and they were prompt whenever I asked for service. The rooms were clean, too. We visited on 2/14/26 🤩

The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortably medium-firm bed. I liked having USB-A and USB-C ports in both the nightstands and at the desk. Check-in was easy, and I had my key within five minutes of entering the lobby. The price felt well below the comfort and value I got. I’d stay again, and recommend giving Aiden a try.

The only confusing part was figuring out where the entrance was. Once inside, the room was really clean and the beds were comfortable, and the staff were lovely, including the woman who checked me in and the workers outside. Food and everything else we needed was ten minutes away or less. There’s a pool and hot tub, though only the hot tub was open during our stay. They also have a fitness room and laundry area. I’d book here again next time I’m in Flagstaff.

The pool, gym, bar, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities were all excellent, and the reception, housekeeping, and technical support staff were great as well. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities. This place really deserves its standing in the Best Western chain. I can’t praise it enough.
