Drury Inn & Suites Flagstaff

The rooms are clean, the staff are amazing, and the amenities are fantastic. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the Kickback filled us up so much that none of us needed supper. We didn’t need to eat out for breakfast either, so those two meals saved us a ton. I’d recommend this place to anyone, 10/10. We’ll be back on every visit from Illinois!

The complimentary buffets were fresh, well-stocked, and kept replenished, which made meals easy for our family. Happy hour was a great extra after a long day, and it felt like good value. Andrea and Gabrielle were so kind and attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Our spacious room was spotless and well set up for a family, with room to relax. The whole property felt clean, safe, and well maintained. The kids had fun at the pool, and the location was convenient for everything we needed while still feeling quiet and comfortable. It’s also dog friendly. We loved staying at Drury Inn & Suites and will absolutely return. Highly recommend it for the service, amenities, and value.

We felt we got great value for our weekend stay. The hotel served a complimentary hot breakfast with lots of choices and a hot evening meal too. I’ve never had a hotel include both. There was free popcorn in the lobby, and free covered garage parking. The staff were helpful, polite, and professional. It was also the first hotel I’d stayed in since 2020 that provided daily housekeeping and refresh service. Our room was spacious and clean, with lots of little conveniences: a hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, lighted bathroom mirror, outlets on top of the bedside tables for charging phones, a folding luggage rack, and several closet hangers. The shower had good pressure, and the full valence on the drapes blocked all the sunlight. When hotels seem to offer less comfort and value, Drury Inn can restore your faith in hospitality. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it.

Andrea G. checked in our group of six, and what a great person she is. She was so friendly and helpful, and treated us like relatives coming for the night. We felt special. We got lovely suites with living rooms, tickets for three drinks each, and a buffet dinner, all free. The food service quality was so-so, but we didn’t even go out to dinner as planned. Then there was free breakfast too. What a deal. We were all a bit flabbergasted by the stay. Andrea was everywhere, backing up the bar, bussing and cleaning tables. I asked if she owned the place, and when she said no, I told her she acted like she cared that much. She was a real team player, the kind every business wishes it had. The rooms and common areas were clean and welcoming, and the room had a microwave and fridge. A young man in the dining room was smiling the whole time and was very helpful and kind. The whole place had a real team atmosphere. After starting our weeklong Grand Canyon and Arizona tour with a night in Flag, we’re even talking about driving up from the valley every month. Five stars, except the toilet tissue is really lousy.
