Matt at the front desk was thoughtful and gave excellent service, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. When they saw me checking out during their team meeting, they still came over quickly to help. The room was standard, though its connecting door meant I could hear the neighbors. Breakfast was excellent and packed. I was traveling along I-40 and had been driving all day, but wanted to come back and leave a review. I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn staff!

This was my first stay at this location, and I’ll come back when I’m in town. Paulina at the front desk was especially delightful, professional, and friendly. She explained where to find everything and was so helpful that it made a wonderful start to our stay. Hailey, the housekeeper, was attentive and helpful too.

The hotel was clean and smelled fresh, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was great, and the pool and hot tub were just the right temperature. Our room was about the usual size for a Holiday Inn Express.

The view was great, and the gentleman looking after the breakfast room was especially friendly. Our room was clean and in good shape, too. I’ve never been disappointed at a Holiday Inn Express, and this stay was great as usual.

The room was great, and breakfast was better than average, but check-in was frustrating. I asked for a main-floor room and was told none were available, so I requested one near the elevator on the third floor. Instead, I got the room farthest from it. Parking cost $7.50 a day, which I hadn’t been told about when I booked. When I questioned it, I was told most hotels here charge for parking. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but we’ve never been charged a parking fee before.
