You get a simple motel at a good price and a great spot on Rt 66. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, it does the job. The office manager was friendly. The AC, fridge, microwave, TV, shower, and soft, comfortable bed all worked well, so I'd stay again without hesitation. The one star reviews calling the staff rude must be from self entitled karens.

The rooms were clean and had useful basics, including a fridge and microwave. It's in a good central location, just a few minutes from downtown and places to eat. I had a good weekend stay, and the service was great.

My room was booked ahead, then canceled over Valentine's weekend without an email to let me know. I was left stranded because every other hotel was completely booked, and they hung up on me. I've never had service this terrible.

The manager at the customer service desk was rude, yelling and fussing when I tried to understand why she had taken my card for a deposit. Because I booked through a third party, she wouldn't return the deposit, even though she had charged it. She then said the third party was responsible for returning money she had taken. No one cleaned my room during my stay, though she knew about it. I saw her talking to the housekeeper, and the room beside mine was cleaned, but mine wasn't. I had to contact my bank about what she did with my card information. I've traveled for 45 years and stayed in bad hotels, but I've never seen a worse attitude in hospitality. She seemed nice at first, then was very unprofessional and even hung up on me. I hope this review makes a difference. Be careful, and don't stay here, or you might get a surprise. She must be the owner or related to someone there, because most businesses wouldn't tolerate that attitude. She didn't know who she was messing with, and now she's under investigation. This hotel is starting today.
