The bed was my nemesis for all three nights. One side had sunk so badly that I kept rolling into the dip, and I felt like I needed a back brace afterward. I was clinging to sheets that looked filthy. They were old and yellow, and so were the towels. The fridge was off when we arrived and took hours to get cold enough to use. The AC smelled like it had been running since the 70s and had a smoking habit. We stayed over Labor Day weekend. This was a gross, seedy hotel experience, absolutely not what I expected. Highly do not recommend. Just no.

There was some dust in the corners, but I expect that in Arizona. The room was large, and the AC was quiet. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was handy, and there was plenty of parking. We could easily walk to a supermarket and places to eat. The beds were comfortable, and they let us do laundry for a fee. I’d definitely recommend it.

We rented two rooms and found the bedding disgusting in both. The pillows were yellow, and it looked as if the beds had been made without changing to clean sheets. We even found pubic hair on the bedding. After we called the front desk, we waited in the parking lot while looking for another hotel. I saw the manager take a lint roller into one of the rooms, roll the bed, and remake it. We’d only been there 15 minutes, but they refused to refund either room. I do NOT recommend staying here.

The room was small and looked cheap. The heater didn’t work properly, and it stayed cold even with the thermostat set to 30. The internet was very slow, the pillows were thin, and the bed was uncomfortable. The man in the office smelled of alcohol and was very rude. We had found an online price of $45 plus tax and came straight over, but they charged us $84.54 and wouldn’t return the money. He said that price was no longer available and the charge had already gone through. I explained that if we’d known it would cost that much, we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same amount. They took advantage of people arriving near midnight and stuck in a snowstorm. Such poor service. I would never recommend this place.
