JULIA made a hard time much easier. I was at this hotel during one of the hardest moments of my life, and only needed somewhere to sleep near the hospital. She brought us so much peace, checked in on us and our situation several times, and went out of her way to see if we needed anything. Her concern felt genuine, and she did more than expected to make our stay calm and pleasant. I'll never stay anywhere else in the area. The room was spotless, and I got a much-needed, comfortable hot shower. Breakfast in the morning was included and had plenty of appetizing choices. The workers were friendly, the service was great, and the hotel is near Hurley hospital. It's one of the nicest hotels around here. I'd recommend it 100%.

Julia and Season are so kind, helpful, and professional. They work hard to make sure everything's right for your stay, and the staff here are incredible. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the rooms very clean, and breakfast is great. The location is ideal, and there's a quiet spot to eat and work. I'll keep booking here for future plans.

This was my second stay, and there were no issues. The room was clean and I slept like a baby. Having no-smoking rooms was really great. Thanks to the young woman at the front desk, who was super professional and nice. Definitely coming back.
4/10
The room was nice, and the hotel was clean. But the snacks and drinks cost far too much. Then the fire and police departments evacuated everyone and ended our stays because the building wasn't up to fire code. Great job, Holiday Inn!
4/10
The hotel's pretty nice for the area, and the TVs look modern. But the shower floods my entire bathroom, and I had $100 held from my account for incidentals even though the company I work for had already paid. The guy wouldn't check, even after I showed him in the app that my company was covering it, and said I was wrong. He was very unprofessional and smelled like weed.
