Peter's a cheerful, easygoing guy with a great sense of humor, and he's happy to share what he knows. The farm is beautiful and the horses are lovely. If you can't make it out there, he can ship halters, bits, clips, and other items from his inventory. You can also look for him at Grand Oaks short format!

We had everything we needed to unwind, from the big pool and outdoor kitchen to the nicely furnished rooms and lovely shared indoor space. Outside, there are fields of wonderful horses beneath huge live oaks covered in Spanish moss. The owners were pleasant and helpful too. What an amazing ranch, thank you!

Horses, cats, dogs, and a view like this every morning, I could see myself living here. It's such a beautiful, calm place, and the host is kind, friendly, and accommodating.

The ranch is spectacular, and watching the horses makes it easy to completely switch off. The Wi-Fi is still very good, though. Peter and his wife were very friendly. Follow the accommodation's directions and the signs instead of relying on GPS. The route is easy if you arrive before dark, but one short stretch, about five minutes, is an uncovered road. Check-in ends at 8 pm for several reasons, so be sure to pay attention to the hotel's rules and avoid arriving late.
