The management were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. I stayed four nights, and they offered fresh bedding if we wanted it. Snacks, water, a noise machine, and a Keurig were provided in the room. The lobby stays open around the clock and had water, different teas, and bananas. It was easy to walk to coffee shops and dinner places. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff were friendly and polite, and after checkout they called within half an hour to let me know I'd left my AirPods in the room. I stayed two nights at Kasa Hotel because it was close to an errand I had in Palo Alto. It's a self check-in and check-out place, but communication with management was seamless. Coffee, tea, and water are available free all day and night, and there are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for a visit to Redwood and Palo Alto.

The room was small, as I'd expected, but the bed was a good size and very comfortable. I had everything I needed for one night, and the price was hard to beat around Stanford. The location was great value, and I especially liked the bakery across the street.

There are lots of good restaurants nearby, along with a grocery store. My first stay at Kasa Niche was fantastic: the room was clean and had all the essentials. I'd absolutely book again soon.
