La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

I’d read some of the reviews and was a little unsure since I don’t stay in hotels often. What a nice surprise. My room looked recently remodeled, was very clean and comfortable, and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly, too. I have two dogs who are my children, so it mattered to me that they had a clean room as well. I’ll stay here again.

The location is lovely, and I had a decent stay. Breakfast in the morning was good. The bed felt a little firm, and the pool was out of service. They did let us know before we paid and offered the chance to cancel and go elsewhere.

Bobbie Ware, the General Manager, welcomed me herself. Check-in was efficient, and that set a great tone for the trip. She also suggested some good local activities and showed real interest in how my family’s experience went, beyond just our stay. I appreciated that personal attention from the proprietor. I also saw her thank a housekeeper in person for a positive guest review. She clearly values her staff, and it was easy to see that the team’s work is appreciated and people are motivated. She’s built an amazing team, which says a lot about her leadership. This hotel went way beyond what I expected in every way. Thank you to Ms. Bobbie Ware and her amazing team at LaQuinta!

Tabitha at the front desk was wonderful and made me want to return. Everyone was welcoming and very nice. The place was extremely clean, and our spacious room had a super comfortable bed and pillows. I also appreciated the noise machine, which helped me sleep deeply. Breakfast was great, especially the waffle station. This was a great find, and we’ll definitely be back.
