Quality Inn Florence

We got a decent place for the price, with easy parking, a clean lobby, a roomy room, and a comfortable bed. The layout is a little odd, since the hot tub and exercise room doors are right by the lobby and reception. The light was plugged into an outlet that didn’t work, and the fridge was so loud we unplugged it overnight. The bathroom might work better with a pocket door. During breakfast, we had to ask for orange juice, forks, and eggs about an hour and a half in, so they could keep a closer eye on the eating area during the rush.

We had a really nice stay, and the price was hard to beat. Other guests were a bit noisy, which was the only downside for me and my partner. The woman who checked us in, I think her name was christy, was very kind!

The staff had such a good attitude and really made our stay. Breakfast had what we needed, including bacon, sausage, and eggs, and it was nice that the hot choices changed each day. Our room was clean and came with a fridge, microwave, and an extra sink. The laundry room and ice machines were nearby and working well. We’ll definitely stay again.

It’s 1 a.m. and I haven’t slept. There’ve been doors slamming, people pounding on the outside door, running through the halls, loud music, and more. It seems like people live here, so why are visitors put in the same section? I can’t reach the front desk because no one answers, and I’m afraid to open my door. Don’t stay here.
