Palm Garden Hotel

The peaceful setting was exactly what I needed during a busy trip. Each morning I sat on the small terrace outside the main lobby for my devotions, enjoying how calm and refreshing it was. The central garden and pool are beautiful, and the property was especially quiet. I was in Thousand Oaks for a two-night board meeting visit. The room was modern, clean, and suited my short business stay well. My only small suggestion is that the bath towels could be bigger. The mature trees and established landscaping give the place a lot of character. I learned it had been several different hotels over the years, and the current management has done a good job making it pleasant with what they have. I’ll be coming back regularly for board meetings and would absolutely stay here again. It’s quiet, comfortable, and well cared for.

We usually stay in the cottages at Pier Pont Inn and have been overwhelmingly satisfied. We love the palms and will be back. The garden suite was exceptional for our family, and the kids loved the cute swan towels. Diaper time, sorry not sorry. ❤️ Tabby was amazing on the phone, with A+ customer service, and breakfast was delicious. At check-in, Adil was very helpful and courteous. I hope I got his name right. Ahmed was also professional and respectful when he helped Adil sort out our Netflix mix-up. Mr. GM, you have a wonderful staff, property, and service. Thank you for taking care of our whole family. ❤️

The front desk staff are mostly very friendly, and I’ve had some good rooms here as well as some that weren’t so great. It’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep. There’s no longer breakfast, so you have to go to the strip mall across the parking lot. The restaurant is no longer part of the hotel either.

The peaceful gardens gave the property a relaxed, tropical feel, and we loved waking up to birds and having coffee on the balcony. Our room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, with a home-away-from-home feel. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming from the easy check-in onward, and offered helpful suggestions for local spots. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and on-site dining. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of variety. Palm Garden Hotel was comfortable and had great service. We’d happily return, whether for business or leisure.
