Everything was clean and comfortable. No problems at all.

The service sucks and needs to improve. I was playing a game and the lag was so bad I couldn't take anyone out. They need more cable channels, too. They also need to keep people's rooms on when asked for after one has been purchased. Someone in my crew said they had roaches in their room. Come on. If I have to come back during a winter storm, my answer is no.

My friend was only staying one night, but they kicked her and her kids out because the baby got dirty feet on the bed. It's a baby, and they got thrown out over that? Y'all are rude and nasty. The showers don't work, the water faucets are coming off, and the toilet is leaking. Management here is terrible and was rude to her. They really need to do better on the hall shelves, because this is just sad.

Our work group had a disturbance, and I'll admit someone in our party caused it. But management handled it terribly. They kicked out our two rooms, even though we dealt with the issue, while the people who actually made the noise weren't removed. They knocked at 10:15 while we were asleep after working late and told us to be out by 11. Security finally showed up while we were packing and yelled at someone who wasn't involved about having a registered service animal. The sign says no pets, but service animals are an exception by law.
