Archer Hotel Florham Park/Morristown

The food was amazing, and Sue took great care of me at the bar. Check-in was quick and friendly too, thanks to ShaNese and Shawna. I felt good about the place as soon as I walked into the lobby. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area for work or fun.

The bar and its bartenders are fantastic, and Jenelle made check-in feel personal by recognizing me. That really made my day. I've stayed here several times without any complaints, and New Year's Eve was my favorite visit. Highly recommend, 10/10 experience.

The location worked really well for my trip, and there was plenty of free parking. My room was in decent shape compared with other nearby hotels, and the bathroom was spacious, though I questioned its design. I was glad to find Fiji water in the room. A few things were frustrating. The phone didn't work, so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed something. The hairdryer barely worked, though luckily I didn't need it for my event, and the dental kit was the saddest one I've seen from a hotel in a while. There was no complimentary coffee, which was tough at a property outside a big chain where my loyalty didn't seem to count. Check-in didn't feel welcoming, maybe I wasn't dressed up enough? I'm unsure whether I'd return.

The hotel arranged a shuttle to take our guests between the hotel and wedding venue, so we didn't have to pay for one ourselves. Even with just a courtesy block, they automatically upgraded you to an Archer Den suite with a balcony, which I appreciated. We used the Archer for our wedding block last weekend and loved staying there. Kristin was wonderful over the past few months, replying quickly to my emails and answering all my questions. The front desk staff were friendly, and our rooms were comfortable and in great shape. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it.
