Jessie at the front desk made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. She was warm and welcoming, answered all my questions patiently, and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Her attentive, professional service really made this stay memorable. Belmont Hotel in Homestead was comfortable and well maintained, too. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it for solo travelers, friends, or families. I’ll definitely come back.

No coffee maker, barely enough toilet paper for two wipes, and a little piece of hand soap that might last two washes. There was one towel for two people, the whole place smelled awful, and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. It was extremely noisy all night. The safety lock had been broken off the door. Don’t!

I stayed for a week and deeply regret it. It was my first time in Florida, and this was a terrible experience. I reported that water was leaking in the bathroom, but nothing changed. Their policy was to replace toiletries and towels after three days, yet it took four. When I came back on the fourth day, they rushed to change them. I also noticed the bedsheets were torn in several places. They really need to improve their service.

The room felt damp and poorly maintained. Mold was visible on the curtains and lampshades, and the air conditioner barely worked. The whole room smelled of mold and urine, and my friend developed a fungal infection after using the shower. When I complained and asked for a refund because the room was unacceptable, management refused and blamed my third-party booking. It felt like an excuse to avoid dealing with the problem. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in, and I’d strongly warn people away. It felt unhealthy.
