Hilton Garden Inn Gastonia

The hotel and our room were both very nice and clean. We did run into trouble with some other guests, but that wasn't the hotel's fault, just a problem with rude people. The front desk was accommodating and seemed to truly care about how we were doing. It felt like a home away from home, and we'd stay again if we're back in Gastiona. My son and his family joined us, and we could swim and spend time together without stress or worry. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the whole place clean. From the minute I checked in at The Hilton garden inn, I was greeted warmly and the process went smoothly. She told me what was going on and where things were, and whenever I had a question, I got an immediate answer. We stayed Christmas and black Friday. I'd give it 10 stars if I could and recommend it to anyone traveling in the Gastonia area. Management clearly takes the job seriously, and the staff support them. Great work by everyone at Hilton garden inn.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is also handy for shopping centers and restaurants. The indoor heated pool wasn't really heated, and the pool shower had a broken handle and didn't work, but that was a minor inconvenience and doesn't change my view of the hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, welcoming staff, and convenience matter most to us, and we'd definitely stay again. Thanks for helping guests have a pleasant visit.

This was probably the best stop on my trip from California to North Carolina. Gabby at the front desk greeted me with a smile and gave over-the-top service. She handled everything I asked about, from food suggestions to room accommodations, and it all met or exceeded expectations. Staying here cost a little more, but it was well worth it. Highly recommend if you're passing through.
