The hotel looks beautiful, almost like a resort, but the restaurant service was the worst I've ever had. It took 20 minutes just to get a high chair, 30 minutes for drinks, and nearly an hour for our food. The ranch was Kraft or some other bottled kind. There are more than 200 rooms and only two elevators, with just one working. There was no bellman either. It's a shame, because we'll never come back.

We’ve stayed here twice in the last 4-years, and the quality has been top notch both times. Ms. Clarke at the front desk was kind and very helpful, handling all my family's requests with a smile and an infectious positive attitude. Clay, the head engineer, came to help with our HVAC late at night and arrived within 10-minutes. He was completely professional and courteous. The pool and lazy river may be the best accommodations in Mississippi, and my kids couldn't get enough. This is a great place to stay when traveling through Jackson, and I'll definitely return to the Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center next time I'm passing through Mississippi.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, and the staff made our family stay memorable. An unexpected pool issue disappointed my kids, but the team went above and beyond and surprised them with special treats. The director of operations was especially attentive and helpful. We can't wait to return to the Sheraton Flowood.

I come here whenever I have an educational conference, and the staff are nice and professional all the way from the front desk to my room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar serves delicious food and drinks. JC was my bartender, and he made my drink just right. He was polite and quick, too.

The restaurants have a welcoming feel, and you can move easily between them and the lobby. There are food choices for every meal, and the rooftop bar has breathtaking views. The pool and lazy river are endless fun. I love staying at the Refuge Hotel, especially for the exceptional customer service.
