I asked about the rate for a 15-night stay, which seemed like a normal question, but Nancy was rude and didn’t give me clear information. Her response felt unprofessional and disrespectful. That left a very negative impression, and based on how management treats potential guests, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The rooms are amazing, and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. There are lots of food options nearby, the location is convenient, and the amenities are nice. The only drawback is that the hotel is under construction and the gym was closed. Hopefully the work will make things better.

I’d stayed here before and had a great experience, but this visit was different. Nobody told me the pool area was being worked on, and I couldn’t get into the workout room. I asked for a queen but got a full bed, then was told it would cost $25 more. My reservation said double room, but they called it a single room. When I asked, they said they couldn’t help because I booked through Booking.com. The shower was an accessible setup with terrible water pressure, and reception was very rude and unfriendly.

I booked this place because I expected to use the hot tub, pool, and gym. When I arrived, I found out they were all under construction, something that hadn’t been mentioned when I reserved. Staff offered no alternatives. With so much being worked on, the hotel should close for a while instead of delivering such a low-quality stay.
