The price was the best part, and the staff were helpful. They stayed open late enough for our 1 am check-in. We requested a ground-floor room and got one, which meant staying in the pet room. It definitely smelled like a dog, but that didn't bother us since we usually travel with our fur family. I let the front desk know, and they apologized right away and asked what they could do. I told them I wasn't upset, just wanted them to know.

Watch out for roaches, this place is definitely infested. Customer service isn't great either. They're strict about everything, talk over you for no apparent reason, and seem to pay close attention to little things you do so they can complain and charge you for something that isn't even in the rules. The manager came to my window when I had nowhere to put my food because the space is small. It was just cereal and noodles, and I was half naked. He kept telling me to take the stuff down and stared at me in a way that made me uncomfortable. You can't leave the window open even a crack. Once they've got your money, that's it. They're rude and don't really want to do their jobs.

Dogs barked all night, and I heard a woman scream. There were dirty socks on the bathroom floor, and the stench hit as soon as I walked in. What a dump. I'd give it one star only because the system requires at least one. DO NOT GO HERE.

Cigarette smoke from the room below poured into mine, and with the windows sealed shut and no ventilation, I could barely breathe. There were roaches everywhere. I won't be back.
