The staff were very nice, and the stay was comfortable enough, but the room problems didn't make sense for over $150 a night. Our first room on the second floor smelled strongly of mildew as soon as we entered, so the front desk moved us to the other end of the hall. That room had a ladybug infestation. We killed a lot of live ones, and there were many dead on the carpet by the AC, plus some smashed on the wall that hadn't been cleaned. When I tried to shower around 9 pm, there was no hot water. Maybe I picked a bad time. At checkout, I started to mention the ladybugs, but the woman cut me off with, 'The ladybugs.. Yeah I'm sorry it's because of the trees and the woods'. I've never had a hotel room with more than 20 ladybugs coming in through the AC.

The room was clean, and fresh towels were brought daily, which I appreciated after visiting family. It was great to see them, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too. There are restaurants nearby, so you don't have to travel far. My stay at the Holiday Inn in Forest, MS was satisfactory, and I'd recommend it.

We got a late start on our trip to Alabama and needed somewhere to rest. I'm glad we stopped here. The customer service was awesome, and breakfast the next morning was great too. I've saved this location in case we need to stay again.

Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were nice and friendly, but the rooms had a strong damp smell, lots of bugs, and dust around the furniture. The old AC units were clogged with old dust too. The picture under the AC says it all. Since this is the only hotel in the area, I decided on my next visit to drive 40 miles to Jackson for a service call in Forest.
