The beds were good, and we were exhausted, so we stayed. The room itself was very dated and dirty, with furniture that looked like it had been left out in the weather and was badly damaged. The marijuana smell in the hall was so strong it was hard to breathe. There was no coffee pot or breakfast, and nobody was at the desk when we loaded the car to leave. The man who checked us in was nice and informative, and the outside didn't look bad. Still, I was very disappointed.

The beds in the room we kept seemed clean, and it was late, so we stayed, but we couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning. The room was hot because the air hadn't been turned on, the floors hadn't been vacuumed, and the fridge didn't work. It was crowded with so much furniture that setting up our kennels was difficult. We had specifically requested a king bed and said we had two dogs. That seemed fine until we arrived and were told king rooms weren't pet rooms, so we took a pet-friendly room with two full beds. We also looked at two other rooms, and they were dirty and hot too. Large black crickets were inside and outside the hotel. In the morning all the doors were propped open to cool the lobby, letting the crickets in too? Breakfast had been advertised, but there wasn't any. Don't let the “by Wyndham” name fool you, this franchise location doesn't meet that standard, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Read the reviews and believe them.

There was no food even though breakfast was advertised, and I couldn't tell where the front desk staff were. The shower was only lukewarm, the room was dated, and the whole hotel felt dingy. The lobby smelled like pot. The Super 8 by Wyndham was a dump and a total disappointment. It was bad enough that the place ought to be torn down.

The breakfast didn't exist, and when I checked the kitchen area for a fork or napkins, the drawers were full of garbage. The room climate control was completely off, and the TV only had two channels. There were bugs in the room, weird stains on the shower curtain, and old linens that smelled like mildew. It felt scary: the lobby vestibule had no exterior door, and the safety lock in our room was broken more than once.
