The location was great, but the bathroom switch plate was broken. The pool could’ve been a bit warmer, and there were no towels there the next day, only the ones left from the day before. Breakfast was bad: the milk was warm and the coffee wasn’t ready. Maybe they could offer some flavored creamers too.

We were already under stress because our aunt had died, and when we arrived for the funeral, our rooms weren’t ready despite being told three days earlier that everything was confirmed. I needed to get dressed for the service and was feeling overwhelmed. Valerie and Crystal stepped in. Valerie contacted Crystal, and together they got rooms for me and my twin sister. They also made sure we could have breakfast and enough time to get ready so we wouldn’t be late for the funeral. Their kindness and care meant a lot on an already difficult day. We’re deeply grateful to Valerie, Crystal, and the staff for having such thoughtful people on the team.

For a family of six, the two-bedroom suite works well, and getting onto the interstate is easy if you want to leave town quickly. But we stayed six days over Christmas and didn’t get room service once. Every time we needed clean towels or wash rags, we had to go downstairs ourselves to get them. They wouldn’t deliver them. The food isn’t worth having either, it’s overcooked and there aren’t many options. This happens every time we come here.

I travel a lot for work, and this Marriott is one of the best. Harley and Maggie at the front desk were amazing, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service from these women was 10/10.
