Sunny made sure we were comfortable and even shared his contact details to help with reservations for our next trip. The men at The Westin Chattanooga front desk were friendly, and the rooftop bar was great too. Kaitlyn was attentive and welcoming, made special drinks for us, and the drinks were fantastic. Valet and bellhop service were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed there a few weeks ago, and the room was great. Breakfast was the standout. Sir Obadiah at the on site restaurant was kind, patient, and eager to make sure everything was excellent. The bacon was some of the best I’ve ever had. I’d definitely stay again.

The Westin Chattanooga is easily my favorite hotel. The 10th-floor rooftop is lovely, and the location makes it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. The whole place is beautiful, from the lobby and elevators to the rooms and showers. There are lots of cute extras in the rooms: a shower cap, makeup mirror, and a washcloth just for removing makeup from your face and hands. They also provide scented shower mist to add to the shower. 10/10, book a room and you’ll love it.

The location is right in the heart of downtown, just off the highway and within easy walking distance of everything. St. John’s restaurant is across the street and was outstanding. Inside, the hotel is spotless and spacious, with natural light, comfortable beds, and a fantastic large bathroom. There are cozy places to sit, wait, or chat, plus enough to do that you could stay in without needing to leave. The restaurant was great at breakfast, with fresh, healthy options and juices, though I can’t speak to dinner. There’s also a nice coffee shop and an ATM in the hotel. The elevators meant little waiting, and staff were respectful, kind, and helpful. The layout and decor are gorgeous, and The Westin will be our first choice next time we return to Chattanooga.

Sunny at the front desk went out of his way to make us comfortable and gave us his contact details to help with bookings for our next visit. The front desk team were very welcoming, and every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine. At the rooftop bar, Kaitlyn was one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere. She checked in often, made special cocktails for us, and the drinks were amazing. Valet and bellhop service were just as good, friendly, efficient, and professional. We can’t wait to come back to The Westin Chattanooga.
