The rooms are decent for the price, and the owner, his wife, and his kids are all very nice. The service needs serious attention, though. The upstairs housekeeper could use real cleaning lessons: multiple sets of sheets left on a bed, cleaning chemicals poured onto the bathroom floor, and more than 30 minutes spent cleaning each room. Property gets broken and nobody tells you, leaving you to discover it yourself. Other guests also leave trash and cigarette butts outside.

I appreciated the help from the people there, and the couple was very nice. They were supportive about my emotional support animal, and it was useful to learn how to find out about rates. I just wish I’d been closer to the door. I pray that the homeless people living there now find housing soon, so they don’t have to pay these astronomical rates. I’m going to root for hotels to add a little special touch wherever they are, because disabled people need to be treated with love.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I booked and paid in mid-February, then arrived just before midnight on April 25 and was told there was nothing available. I explained that I had a reservation, but the clerk simply repeated that they had no rooms. Refusing to honor a paid reservation is unacceptable.

After driving 12+ hours from Alabama, all we wanted was a decent bed. Instead, the furniture and carpets were badly stained, and a baby cockroach was crawling up the bathroom wall as soon as we entered. From the adjacent room, either a 70s porn revival was playing loudly or the walls were so thin I could hear every breathless word and intimate noise. We checked out immediately. Management wasn’t available, so we’ll have to wait for the refund we deserve. If all that sounds worth barely $20 less than $100, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!🫵
