Comfort Inn Binghamton

The lobby has a nice sitting area, and the whole place was very clean. Breakfast came with the stay, including a waffle maker, omelettes, and some sausage. The older gentleman working there was respectful and really good at his job. Nice spot for one night.

Danielle at the front desk went way out of her way after we left a pair of Apple Headphones and my little one's Boots in the room. We didn't notice until we'd driven about 45 miles toward home. She found both items, took them to the pack and mail place the next day, even though it was her day off, then texted me today to make sure I'd gotten in touch with them. She didn't have to do any of that. She's a good person who cares about doing the right thing, and there are more people like that around than we realize. We should acknowledge it when it happens. Everyone was super nice during our stay for Parents weekend at Suny Binghamton. I booked late, so the price was very high, about what I expected.

Danielle and her staff were amazing with our group during an ice hockey tournament. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk girls were friendly, and at $140 I wasn't expecting much. Still, the room and bathroom were dirty, the tub was gross, and the chair had layers of stains that could've been anything. I travel a lot for work as a Professional Comedian, so I stay in hotels often. This was a big disappointment. Comfort Inn used to be a decent mid-priced option, but not these days, and I won't stay at one again. At least I got some free comedy material for my show.
