Clarion Inn

COCKROACH INFESTATION. The hotel is beat up, and there were cockroaches in our room. We saw at least seven, not counting any we missed. The best they could offer was to have someone spray, but we switched hotels in the middle of the night and they aren't compensating us. Our parents were in another room and found cockroaches there too. Disgusting. Don't stay here.

We paid almost $1,200 for three nights during CSU graduation, and the rooms were a mess. One had beer bottles and cigarette butts left inside; in the other, the bed hadn't been made. That bed smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that we called the front desk, and all they brought was room spray. There were cockroaches, and one toilet wouldn't flush and ran all night. I called the General Manager, Stephanie, and she was extremely rude and hung up on my husband. This was the worst experience my family has ever had. NEVER STAY AT THIS CHAIN!

A real gem if you're practical and not bougie. It's an older place, but clean, fairly quiet, and very affordable. The staff are great, and there's a pool and breakfast. The pictures are from a kitchenette room. It's trucker friendly too, I parked my tractor right outside my room.

I've never been to a dirtier hotel. The floors were sticky and caked with dirt everywhere, from the hallways to the rooms. When we tried to talk it over with staff, they got aggressive and told us to go somewhere else. We had to find another place because it was so unclean. I also tried to work things out through the third-party booking service, but the hotel refused to do anything to fix the situation.
