The location is great, and the beds were really comfortable. Our room was well kept and had newer amenities, but a few things brought the stay down. The linens felt scratchy, the TV had no streaming services, and the Wi-Fi was out while we were there. The hotel area was quiet, though there was a frequent high-pitched sound in the room, not the fridge, that gave me a headache if we stayed in there long. We also expected the advertised free inclusive breakfast, but when we went to see what was available, it turned out to be about $15 per plate. For the price and the issues we ran into, it was just fair to so-so. It could have been great.

We had a great night here. The room was welcoming, very clean, and the coffee in it was good. On our way out, some very friendly housekeepers greeted us. Greta at the front desk made a great first impression. She was fun, friendly, and made us feel welcome right away.

I found the hotel through Priceline and was glad I booked it. Everything was clean, well maintained, nicely appointed, and working properly, including the rooms and public spaces. The staff were very friendly. I’ll stay here again when I’m in Ft. Collins.

The pool and bistro food were both great, and Starbucks coffee at the bistro hit the spot on those rough mornings. The views and surroundings were fantastic too, and for this area it was the best priced hotel I found. I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and the room was super comfortable. Nicest hotel I stayed at in Fort Collins. I really didn’t want to leave.

The new GM left me a handwritten welcome note and gave me a free coffee or drink. There’s coffee in the room too, but Starbucks from the Bistro costs extra. They’ve also added microwaves to every room. The pool and hot tub were never too busy when I was there. The location is great, and the Bistro works for breakfast or dinner. CSU athletics sponsors the hotel, so it can get loud sometimes, but things quiet down after 10pm. This is still my favorite affordable place to stay in Fort Collins.
