I stayed for several weeks and had spacious rooms, free parking, and frequent upgrades. Most things were great, but housekeeping was a problem. They skipped my room despite several requests, and once failed to make sure there was soap in my bathroom before check-in. I told the front desk, but it still wasn’t fixed. They seemed embarrassed about the housekeeping issues. Breakfast service was slow too. When I raised things with the manager, though, I saw real effort, so I’m giving four stars instead of two or three.

I got a great room rate and was very happy with the stay. It’s not a five-star luxury resort, but the rooms were clean and looked after, and the staff kept things under control. There was a hockey team and a volleyball team staying, with kids running around and making noise, but it had quieted down by 9:30 or 10. The staff also made things pleasant for guests who weren’t with either group. They got me non-feather pillows without much wait, thank you! The bathroom door was a bit annoying, and I wish there were water refill stations on every floor. Still, I’d come back if I return to Fort Collins.

Anna was especially helpful, and the staff overall were wonderful. Our rooms were clean and nice, but the room we requested wasn’t available. We tried three rooms before realizing they only had tubs, not showers, despite the Marriott system showing showers. The elevator is a long way from the lobby, and the hotel Starbucks is only open until noon.

The place was so clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. I had to come to Colorado for a doctor’s appointment and was so grateful they let me check in a little early. Thank you!

Free parking on site, good rooms, and friendly staff. The Fort Collins Marriott is an easy choice for comfort and convenience. Breakfast is great when the buffet happens to be open.
