Motel 6 Fort Collins, CO

The front desk staff were very nice, especially the man who checked us in around 10 p.m. on the 14th. I don't remember his name. But the room my wife, my parent-in-law, and I got was awful. The floor and bathroom were filthy, the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the sheets had disgusting stuff on them. It gave me chills and made me itchy. There was no fridge or microwave, and they gave us a shower instead of a bath even though my father-in-law is handicapped. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

Jackelin at reception gave me the support I needed, and the staff were incredible throughout my stay. The rooms and common areas were all clean, and my room was comfortable. I was glad the place had no smoking rooms, since that's a plus for my allergies. I'm very happy with my stay.

We were in a bind, and Zack at the front desk helped us out tremendously. His customer service was wonderful. I highly recommend this motel, especially with him working the desk.

The room was tiny, and for this price, or just a little more, you can get a much better hotel. There isn't a mini fridge or microwave, and there are no outlets by the bed. The bedside lamps didn't work, and the lighting was poor. The AC also blows the curtain around. The bed and pillows were so soft that you sink into them.
