Getting into the hotel was easy, though getting around Minneapolis took some effort at times. The staff were helpful and very polite, breakfast tasted good, and our room was clean with everything you'd expect. We had a really pleasant stay.

We only stayed one night, so the clean room was fine, but the bathroom door stayed about six inches open and wouldn't shut. We arrived around 10 p.m. and the man at the desk handed over the key without mentioning breakfast, the elevators, or the pool. Convenient location, though I expected more consistency from the Hilton brand.

8/10
The staff were lovely, and when I needed more towels and water, they were happy to bring them. The room was clean, the gym was nice, and the location worked perfectly for where I needed to be. I also appreciated the free water. I was there for three days and housekeeping never came by. Maybe adding an extra day meant my room got missed. Breakfast was another letdown for me: the oatmeal was cold, which was a bummer since I was trying to eat healthier. I'd give the place 4.5 stars.

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Gopher stadium. The location near the U of M was great. The rooftop bar was just okay.

Heather at the front desk is an awesome manager with great customer service. I'm looking forward to booking here again soon.
