The maintenance guy was surprisingly the most professional person we dealt with. The manager and front desk woman showed terrible hospitality and shouldn’t be working at a customer service desk. My experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Loveland was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there because of the staff. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

I was staying here while a family member was at MCR. The hotel felt safe, clean, and lovely, and the staff were wonderful. They had gluten-free bagels at breakfast. Housekeeping even took one of my blankets and pillows to help make the room feel like home. 🙏❤️

The breakfast was amazing, and they didn’t skimp on condiments. Every table had a full rack of everything you could think to want with breakfast. The facility and rooms were beautifully clean, and when I had trouble with my TV, someone came right up to my room. Service was fantastic. I travel for work a lot, and this is my favorite stay so far by far.

Reba was wonderful at check-in and went out of her way to help us figure out where to park our U-Haul. The rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was great and well stocked. Thanks for such a great stay!

The location wasn’t great, and the place didn’t seem well managed. They need to make major improvements. I also don’t like the extra fees being added to bills just to bring in more revenue, or having the price changed after the stay.
