Residence Inn Fort Collins

Linda especially went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. That made our family stay at the Residence Inn in Fort Collins feel welcoming and easy. The clean, spacious rooms were comfortable for traveling with kids, who also loved the pool. Breakfast had plenty of good options for everyone. We’d gladly stay again and recommend it to other visitors.

The warmth and friendliness of the Residence Inn team left a lasting impression, and they showed us what a pet-friendly hotel can be. Our stay stretched to months because of circumstances we hadn’t expected, but we never felt like moving elsewhere. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and walking around the duck ponds was a joy. We always had hot water, and with the bedroom door even partly closed, we couldn’t hear the neighboring rooms. I’m grateful to everyone who works here.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were nice. They thanked me for my loyalty member status, a nice touch. It’s an older property, but I found it very comfortable during my one-night stay. I could’ve used more USB ports for charging my electronics.

We felt safe here, including when walking the dog after dark. The location made getting around easy, with anywhere we needed to go seeming to be 20 minutes away or less. There are several grocery stores nearby, one within walking distance, plus plenty of restaurants on foot or a short drive away. We’ll be back for a follow-up at the CSU Veterinary Hospital and will book here again. The waived pet fee for visitors to the hospital was much appreciated. Our dog needed emergency surgery, so we drove up from Albuquerque to Ft. Collins and needed to book at 1:00 am. Kim was very helpful getting us set up. We enjoyed the stay, and the full kitchen was a happy surprise since we expected just a mini fridge and hot plate. It was well stocked. The bed and couch were comfortable, and we appreciated the shower amenities, large work desk, and bar-height kitchen table with stools. The front desk team were all friendly and helpful, especially Kendall and Ashley. We looked forward to the full breakfast each morning. The only small letdown was the fitness facility. It didn’t have free weights, although the Marriott app says they’re available.
