We come here often for meets at the Swimming Hall of Fame Pool, and every stay has been great. It's super convenient to walk to the pool and hit the Market for drinks and snacks along the way. The hotel is also close to the beach and other things to do. The parking garage has tight spaces, but it’s nice having the car in a gated garage. Breakfast was wonderful, and the breakfast staff were magnificent. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was always friendly. The balcony is a lovely place to drink coffee and relax.

The rooms were clean and fresh, and breakfast was well stocked and really good. The location works well too, close to the beach and an easy walk downtown. Staff were friendly and doing their best with what they had. Still, this is an old hotel that needs serious updates and maintenance.

We stayed here before a January cruise, and the hotel shuttle to the port was handy. The beach and other activities are walkable, and the pool and both patios were clean. It was busy in this central spot, but the front desk attendant was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great.

The staff were cool, the food was good, and being so close to the beach was a real plus. For a cruise stopover, it was fine, but I wouldn't choose it for a vacation. At this price the stay felt very average. There was a lot of mold and a strong smell with very high humidity. I'm 34, have no health issues, and have never had allergies this bad. An ERV in the corridors with ducts transferring air into the rooms could have helped with the hotel's condition and prevented a lot of bad reviews.

Travel had me feeling overwhelmed, but Yolanda's kindness helped me feel calmer. She welcomed us as soon as we came in and invited us to have some continental breakfast before it ended. She made waffles for all my kids, and even offered to help clean up our mess. She was so warm, friendly, and thoughtful. Yolanda really deserves recognition and a raise. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
