I moved to Camden Las Olas in June and am really happy I chose it after looking at several apartments online. The amenities, landscaping, and location were all big reasons for my decision. I love walking, and the River Walk is just a block away. Most errands are within four blocks. The pet policy is great and rare, too, since we can have up to three dogs. Lauren and everyone in leasing are genuinely hospitable. The maintenance, housekeeping, and concierge teams are top-notch as well. My apartment is lovely, and the industrial-style kitchen is a chef's dream. I should know, I'm a chef. My experience so far has been wonderful. Don't believe some of the negative reviews you may see, some people just like to complain.

The gym has all the equipment you need, and the outdoor grills are a great setup for a cookout with family and friends. It's a great atmosphere, and the staff, including Lauren, have always been friendly and respectful. I've been coming to Camden for quite a while and love the place.

So far it's been an awesome experience. When moving into a new building, attentiveness and friendliness matter a lot, and I've had both. The front desk has been great, as have my multiple experiences with Lauren from leasing.

Since moving in this April, I’ve been happy with everything: the location, the building amenities, and my unit. Moving in was easy, too. Everyone from the management and leasing office to the front desk and maintenance team has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and attentive to what I need. The tenants I’ve met have been nice and helpful as well. I’ve found my happy place at Camden Las Olas.
