Zach took our concerns seriously and helped us make a last-minute reservation. He even called our room afterward to check that we had everything for a good stay. That kind of thoughtful customer service is rare these days. Thank you again, Zach, for all your help. He deserves recognition, and I hope he gets it.

After we'd had a very long day, Zach checked us in and made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. He was incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Best stay in Florida yet. Give this man a raise.

I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, and the drinks are usually pretty average, but D’Jefly made mine as delicious as possible without sugar. She was the most amazing bartender I've had at a Marriott. Janet was great too, and the food was delicious. This was my favorite hotel stay by far!

Goldie in food service went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and like family. At the front desk, Veronica was professional, kind, patient, and knew a lot about local attractions. The front desk manager, lackaya, was attentive, courteous, friendly, and a ray of sunshine. She was a five-star class act. This was one of the best stays I've had. It's my second home when I'm in Fort Lauderdale, and I'll only stay at this particular Marriott from now on. The location is one reason, but the staff's appreciation for guests and family-like treatment are what make me want to return. (lou)😀

The rooms were great, and the front desk staff were excellent. Breakfast was the problem. Most of the menu was unavailable, and the one or two things we could order came in half portions. When we asked for more to make up for it, the cafe supervisor refused, saying she decided what was on the menu and what guests got, and that we could complain to whoever we wanted. We had booked rooms with breakfast included, but it wasn't worth paying for.
