Extended Stay America Cypress Creek

We decided to leave and stay somewhere else. The bathroom had black mold, the bed smelled strongly of bleach, and there were people walking around the property with police nearby. The only good part was the woman at the front desk, who was polite and helped us overnight. The hotel is right next to very busy highways, so you wouldn't sleep anyway. It felt unsafe and unhealthy.

Ms. Sarah, the manager, and her crew are some of the friendliest people you'll meet. They're always pleasant and incredibly accommodating. The staff here have been amazing, and I'd definitely stay again and again. Ten out of ten, I recommend it!

After checking in, we took the key and left to get food. When we returned to enter the room for the first time, the key worked but the door was jammed. We went to the desk and were given a second room, but it was trashed and had drug paraphernalia, so we had to ask for a third. That room was outdated, and the only good thing was that the air conditioning worked most of the time. Room service tried to come in multiple times and didn't speak English. Then a front desk gentleman pounded on our door and said the system showed we didn't belong there. His attitude and posture felt threatening. After he checked and confirmed what we'd told him, he was a little nicer. No one offered compensation for what happened. It was an extremely terrible experience, and we will not return to this Extended Stay or any other one. Ten out of ten, do not recommend.

ANSLEY was amazing! Check-in was smooth, and he had such a great spirit. He's direct and professional, and doesn't tell you things that aren't true. I wish every hotel had an Ansley. Thanks for making my stay stress-free. I'm definitely coming back!
