Tonya was outstanding throughout my stay. Whenever I needed extra towels or blankets, or help extending my stay, she handled it promptly and professionally. Her attentiveness and genuine care made a real difference and helped me feel comfortable. The whole team's service exceeded what I expected. I'd also like to recognize the General Manager for keeping the property clean, organized, and well maintained. It's clear the leadership contributes a lot to the positive experience. This team deserves ten stars if I could give them.

I've had an exceptional stay at the extended stay cypress creek nw 6th way. The staff and management deserve recognition. Ms. Natalie has been here for many years, and her work ethic and knowledge of the company really show in how the hotel operates. Shout out to the front desk team. Ms. Destiny is awesome, and I wish I could remember the new young morning-shift woman's name because she's the best too. I'd recommend this hotel for its location, service, and accommodations.

Destiny greeted my mother and me when we arrived, and she was sweet, professional, and made our stay great. I had to leave early because of work, and Tonia, I hope I have the spelling right, helped with checkout. She was knowledgeable and super friendly, made everything easy, and processed the refund quickly. She even contacted me with the amount and let me know it had been issued. The location isn't the best, though the area is okay. Overall, it was a great hotel.
