Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale

It’s surprisingly peaceful here, even with chaotic Fort Lauderdale all around. From management to valet, everyone helps make the atmosphere feel magical, and you can tell the staff enjoy coming to work. Absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend it enough 🙌

The only feedback I have is about the spa services. There’s room to improve the one-of-a-kind facial so it feels like a true five-star experience. I did have a massage another time, though, and it was heavenly. The people made our trip feel special, especially Kaliea and Carolina, who went out of their way for us. We had some hiccups early on, and Kaliea backed up her reassurance with action, showing she’d do whatever she could to set things right. Carolina followed up carefully, helped us get a coveted Thanksgiving reservation, and sent thoughtful, personal surprises. The whole reception and concierge team were wonderful. Jerred, Jennifer and Stefan each helped in their own way, and we appreciated their time and energy. At Evelyn's, Johnny was as funny as ever and remains our favorite from our last visit. We met Jenah this time, who was a pleasure and very helpful, and Christopher, who assisted her and Johnny, had a great attitude and work ethic. Thariq, Kendal and Rich, thank you for taking such good care of us by the pool. I have so much to share, and the team is outstanding.

Our two-bedroom residence had lovely space and an ocean view, and we absolutely loved it. When we reported that the dryer wasn’t working properly, maintenance brought in a brand-new unit within 30 minutes, even though it was 11pm. Things do happen, but the Four Seasons team’s response is what sets them apart from other properties and brands. Service has been remarkably consistent for me across Four Seasons locations, and I was genuinely amazed to see that same level of care in the residences. Special thanks to front desk manager Daniel and Daniel at Evelynes, who made dining seamless both nights.

We couldn’t use the pool because the winds were so strong, but the beach had activities for kids, which was really nice. Our room was a little small for us, though the balcony was beautiful, and we enjoyed in-room dining breakfast out there. Breakfast at the restaurant was good too, we chose the buffet. Dinner room service was less successful. The burgers were simple but okay, while the Caesar salad didn’t seem like a real Caesar at all. It tasted as though it was made with frozen kale or something similarly bland instead of romaine. Everything else was good.
