At checkout, they still got the breakfast refund wrong and offered $6.50 x 2 as a fix, even though the menu lists it at $18.50. That came after I paid $180 for a breakfast package for three, but the hotel issued only two tickets. My booking didn't say “2 people,” and the laminated paper the restaurant staff waved around didn't change that. The restaurant staff were shockingly rude, and the “Greek yogurt parfait” was just watery Yoplait. The rest of the stay wasn't any better. The sofa bed sheets were dirty, there was hair in the shower, and the beds were uncomfortable. The pool was tiny, and of the gym's two treadmills, one was broken. The misinformation, poor service, wrong charges and cleanliness problems made this an unacceptable stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

For a $130 room, I expected it to be spotless like other hotels in that price range. This place felt as dirty as a $60-$70 hotel. The sheets had dirt on them, as if they hadn't been washed, and the building looked nothing like the photos. Nothing was one major issue on its own, but everything seemed grimy, from getting out of the car to reaching my room. The carpets and walls, really the whole place, need a deep clean.

We hold a lot of functions here and can't imagine choosing anywhere else. There's a huge meeting room, a bar and lounge with a beautiful fireplace, a top-notch pool, workout facilities and kitchen. The staff are great too. Megan at the front desk and Martin in the kitchen are especially exceptional people, and deserve our gratitude. Thank you both! Superb hotel.

The suite layout gave me welcome extra space while sharing a room with a friend, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I slept well, especially with those quality pillows, and the roomy shower was relaxing in the morning. The hotel has a classy feel, with free coffee in the lobby. It was easy to get to from downtown, and we stayed after a concert.
