Residence Inn Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

Logan at the front desk was outstanding and professional, and the breakfast staff kept tables clean and fresh food coming. The lobby and outdoor areas were also well maintained. We came to OKC for two nights to watch the Thunder. The location is good, but street racers can make the traffic noise an issue. The stay wasn't bad, though with so many nearby hotels, I'm not sure I'd return. The room was the weak point and needs a major refurbishing. The sink was cracked and had been siliconed to hold water, only one of the four outlets near the two beds worked, and the tub caulking looked like an afterthought. The furniture was beat up and seemed to date from when the hotel was built many years ago. The beds sag toward the middle. This room didn't feel like Marriott quality, and we've stayed at several over the years.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. I hadn't realized parking was paid until check-in. Be sure to put the parking pass on your dashboard, or you'll be asked to move your car. Aside from that, everything was great, and we plan to stay again on a future trip.

The room was a good size, clean, and easy to get to, with parking right out front. Staff were friendly and took care of our needs, including letting us check out late on Sunday. Breakfast tasted better than at some other hotels and was well prepared.

I liked the location right in the middle of Bricktown, where I took a nice walk every evening. I stayed for two months, and management worked with me on a great longer-stay rate. The floors were always clean, probably the cleanest I've ever seen, lol. Breakfast was very good and changed each day, with fresh bananas always there. Even the key cards stayed working the whole time, despite using key fobs and cell phones. I've never had one card replaced during a stay before. The hotel was usually very quiet, but I'd suggest an even-numbered room. Jerks on motorcycles and hot rods rev their engines really loudly on Reno, especially for some reason on Sunday nights. Thanks again to the great staff!
