My main disappointment was the breakfast. The dining area looked great, but the bacon was such poor quality it reminded me of Beggin’ Strips dog treats, and I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. The sausages were dry, tough, and nearly inedible. For such a nice hotel, that was a real surprise. Otherwise, the property was clean, modern, and well kept. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, the common areas looked good, and the place had a relaxed vibe. I’d stay again, and if management brings the breakfast up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, this would easily be a five-star experience.

Thanks to Porshia and Nicole at the front desk for being so kind and helpful. We got a parking citation because of a misunderstanding, and they were patient and understanding while helping us sort it out. They took time to answer my questions and made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitudes, and the extra effort they made to help.

I checked in with my wife around 1:00-1:30 AM after a long day, but the room was concerning as soon as we entered. The air was humid and strongly smelled of mold and mildew. I have asthma and could barely breathe in there. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling with visible mold, the shower had mold buildup, and there was an uncovered hole in the ceiling for a light fixture. The room also lacked basic cleanliness and maintenance. In the parking garage, water lines appeared to have been patched and sealed with duct tape, which didn’t look like proper or safe maintenance. Because of the health concerns and unsafe conditions, I checked out by noon the same day and didn’t stay the rest of my reservation. The property is only offering $195 back out of the $736.82. That’s unacceptable given the circumstances and health risks. The condition raises serious safety and compliance concerns and should be reviewed by the appropriate authorities, including DBPR, the local health department, and code enforcement.

Portia and Vance took great care of me, from check-in at 20 seconds to easy parking and checking through the day to see if I needed anything. The location was amazing, with major restaurants and rooftops in ft Lauderdale nearby, all less than a mile away. Ubers were always under $15. South Florida hiltons always have the best service. I’m definitely coming back.
