We waited over an hour for the rooms to be cleaned, even though they said it would take about 30 minutes. They let us store our luggage, and at least there was a comfortable spot to sit while we waited. When a lot of people are checking in, getting into the hotel is awkward because the desk is oddly close to the front door. Opening our room door was a delight. The room felt open, with a sectional sofa and footstool or sofa table, plus a generous sofa, desk, and coffee bar area. We had two queen beds. The sink is outside the bathroom, and its lights shine right toward the beds, so the layout may not be ideal. There are restaurants a five-minute walk away, and we're taking the ship shuttle today. I also loved the little touches: real drinking glasses and coffee cups in the room, and delicious breakfast served on real plates, bowls, and silverware. Some food was in real pots straight off the stove.

The beach was only about 7-8 minutes away by bus or car, which made the location handy. We also got a free early check-in around noon, thanks to the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and nice. Breakfast had a decent selection, though it was somewhat limited, with cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bread, waffles or pancakes, hash browns, fruit, and juice. A special thanks to the friendly front desk woman, whose name I think was Frizna or something similar. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.
The room layout worked well, with a separate desk and a living area, plus a mini fridge and coffee maker. There wasn't a microwave. Breakfast was very nice, with hot and cold options, fruit, and drinks, and the staff were accommodating, especially the women on the evening and night shifts. We stayed the night before our cruise, taking a taxi to the hotel and then using its shuttle to reach the terminal. It's convenient for both the airport and cruise terminal, though the lobby gets crowded around departures with so many pre-cruise guests. There are lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I'd highly recommend the location.
For getting to the cruise terminal, the hotel shuttle ran every 30 minutes during embarkation hours and cost $10 per person when I visited. I prefer rideshare, and it's an easy 10-15 minute trip. The place is clean and updated, with nothing fancy but a decent breakfast to get you started. A good pre-cruise stay.
We were there during a busy stretch with lots of people embarking and returning from cruises. Check-in for our room took a while, but I think they upgraded us because of the wait. The remodeled decor looks gorgeous, and the construction ended around 8 pm without bothering us on the fourth floor. Our room was amazing, and the staff were efficient. Shopping and restaurants were walkable, which was useful after our cruise while waiting for our flight. Breakfast was decent, with a little something for everyone, though nothing especially exciting. I'd stay again.
