They cancelled my original location without telling me, and I only found out after I got off the plane. I’d paid for a Queen bed, but they sent me somewhere else that was unsafe and very dirty. The whole room was about the size of a prison cell, with a twin bed. I called right away to ask for a refund, reported it to Expedia, and left. Communication with your guests matters!

We booked a room with two beds and got one instead. The room smelled strongly of mold, and the sheets smelled like puke. Absolutely disgusting. This place is garbage, stay away!

The walls were falling apart, there were no lights, and everything was full of mold. The sheets smelled like sweat, and the neighborhood didn’t seem safe at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying here even if it were free.

The bathroom situation was the last straw. At 7:30 AM, I woke to strange construction sounds and found they were working on the only bathroom to fix a shower leak that kept dripping. They’d shut off the water for the repair, so there wasn’t even running water to use. Check-in was also awful: a very rude guy left me standing outside for several minutes, and there’s no front desk. The whole place smelled musty, the beds were extremely cheap, the sheets were awful, and the pillowcases slipped off while I slept. I’m writing this to warn people, not just complain. A low price might make you think it’s fine to expect less, but I left feeling like it was far too expensive for what I got. I also have to wonder how sites like Booking.com, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, and others can list this as a real hotel. It isn’t a hotel at all, it’s literally someone’s house where rooms are rented out in a very sloppy, unprofessional way.
