What made the place for me was how attentive everyone was. Jimmy welcomed me, and Veronica and Leslie were lovely and on top of things. By the pool, my drink never got close to running out, and the pool itself was really enjoyable. Breakfast was good too, but Chewkey was the standout. Having worked as a waitress, I noticed how phenomenal and attentive he was. Waiting while you're hungry or thirsty on vacation is the worst, and that never happened here. They even gave me enough limes for a whole party. I found homes for my cupful, since in 35 years I'd never had a lime surplus before. I'd happily book again. :-) This place is awesome.

Rodney made our pool day. My friends and I spent the day at the hotel, and he was so attentive, suggested great food and drinks, and made sure we had an incredible time. He was a pleasure to meet. We'll be back, and thanks to him!

The team made our whole family feel welcome from arrival through checkout, especially our 6yo daughter. She found a lovely welcome gift in the room, and wherever we went, staff took time to talk with her. She even received new stuffies during the stay, which delighted her and made it magical for her too. We were upgraded to a beautiful oceanfront suite, and every detail felt thoughtful and seamless. As a Platinum Elite member, those experiences matter a lot to me. This was hospitality at its best, warm, personal, and sincere. The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale gave our family moments and memories, not just a place to stay. My family and I will remember this for a lifetime. Thanks to the whole team for such a special experience from beginning to end. We can't wait to return.

This hotel is a joke. I ordered food and was specific, but it came completely wrong. The pizza was like chewing gum. Lololo. There's no do not disturb sign for the door either. I called the front desk for one and it never arrived. I waited an hour for ice, then found out the desk hadn't sent it. The thermostat wasn't working, so I called downstairs. They sent a technician, who explained it was disabled because I had the slider open. The front desk should have asked me about that first. What a waste of time. Seriously, this is a Marriott, not a Ritz. The Ritz in Manhattan NYC charged me multiple times for my stay. I booked and payed thru a 3rd party, but was charged again at check-in. That accounting mess still hasn't been resolved. I don't recommend this hotel.

Shantel was fabulous. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel so cared for. Everyone we met was warm and professional. We'd booked an Intracoastal view and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably maintained, with little touches that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The atmosphere and service made for a relaxing, memorable weekend that exceeded expectations. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend.
