Vagabond Inn Executive - Green Valley

The staff were friendly enough, but they didn't seem very keen to help. There isn't much else good to say. The bathroom had mold, peeling wallpaper, and black sticky marks all over the wall. There were crumbs and hairs across both the top and bottom sheets. Breakfast was fine, just nothing special. At this price, you could find a much better hotel nearby. Just look at the pictures.

The breakfast was just toast, bagels, cereal, waffles, and juice, with no fruit or protein. For $160 a night, the place was dirty and poorly maintained. We had to ask for another pillow because the ones provided were too soft. We stayed two nights, but the room wasn't cleaned after the first, so we had to ask for fresh towels. There was a sign on the front door saying they were looking for housekeepers. What a joke. I'd have had better service if I'd brought my own tent.

The rooms were in rough shape, and we didn't get the room we had reserved. The alternate room they offered smelled bad, like water damage or something. The surrounding area was full of dog poop, which wasn't pleasant. We asked for a refund at check-in and were able to get one. It wasn't as advertised.

I was pretty disappointed. The room was dirty, the roof leaked, and things were broken. I paid in advance, but left after only a few hours and took pictures to send to the company. I tried contacting the front desk, but nobody was available. I won't stay here again. I've paid less in worse areas and had a better experience.
