We'd stayed at Villa Venezia twice for short visits, in different rooms, and Mrs. Didem treated us wonderfully each time. She offered complimentary coffee by the pool and let us use their washing machine at no charge. I've stayed at a few other hotels nearby, and for value for money, Villa Venezia is the best. The location is good, but the rest feels run-down. The AC was weak and kept shutting off, some outlets didn't work, and even the remote's volume button was broken. I don't understand the 4.8 rating. Glad we only had one night. Even in high season, it wasn't worth $200+.

Everything was clean and organized, and the staff were warm and attentive. The welcoming atmosphere made for a great experience. I'd happily return and recommend the place.

The spot is a real standout: you can walk to the beach, places like Elbow Room, and the main stretch of businesses on Las Olas downtown. The canal views are amazing, with all kinds of boats coming and going. The courtyard pool area is beautiful, with a covered dining table and grill station for eating outside, and the rooms are gorgeous too. Staff are so friendly and helpful, always checking in as I walk around and offering coffee or water. I can't recommend it enough.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The pool was lovely in the heat, right along the waterfront, and even our taxi driver commented on how well located it was. Staff were respectful and friendly, and kindly let us check out later so we could enjoy the pool longer. Our room was cozy, well equipped, and gave us a very comfortable night's sleep. Contrary to Christina’s recent review, we didn't find the rooms outdated or notice any smell of mould or humidity. Highly recommend!
