The indoor pool was open and pleasantly warm, and I loved the hot pink walls. My digital key and room were ready before I arrived, and check-in and checkout were quick, smooth, and accurate. The workers were busy, professional, and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and neat, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was free and hot, with meat choices, waffle makers, and potato cakes. The whole hotel felt organized and clean. Best stay I’ve booked so far.

The tub was damaged and drained poorly because it was a bit clogged. I can’t say what caused the damage, but from what I saw, maybe the curtain rod fell and cracked it. Aside from that, our room was amazing. My family and I liked how spacious it was and how well equipped it was for reheating or refrigerating and freezing food. The roll-away table worked as a desk or dining table, and breakfast had a great selection, which can be hit or miss at hotels.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and ready to help, always with a smile. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept, which made the stay relaxing. Homes 2 in Fort Mill is also very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops just minutes away. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone staying nearby.

I’ve stayed here several times, and it’s always cozy, pristine, and welcoming. I’m particular about hotels, and this one consistently works for me. The pool and outdoor area are really nice, so I’d recommend it for families or people traveling solo.

The area was quiet, with restaurants and stores nearby, and there was a warm indoor pool at this Fort Mills location. The fire pit wasn’t working, though, and the bathroom door was almost impossible to slide shut. Apart from that, it was a great stay and we’ll come back.
