I arrived really late without a reservation, and the staff were patient and went out of their way to help me book a room. Everyone was hardworking, polite, and courteous. Breakfast was good, and housekeeping was amazing. I’d book here again, and will.

The front desk staff were extremely polite, and they patiently answered my hundreds of questions about the area. Room service was great too. Honestly, I don’t think you’ll find service like this elsewhere around here. It’s a handy spot for hiking, West Point activities, weddings, and fall activities.

The location was convenient for getting to USMA and the Purple Heart Hall of Honor, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was okay. The elevator smelled and made creaking noises.

I was traveling for business, and this hotel made the area easy to get around. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was good. It’s an easy, affordable place with good service, so I’ll be back and expect to stay here often when I’m in town.

The indoor pool and sauna are a nice perk, and the rooms are nice after the recent renovation. Just one small thing: there’s no light in the coffee pot alcove.
