On my November 30, 2021 update, months after my stay, management still hadn’t refunded me despite repeated attempts and wouldn’t cooperate with my credit card company. I think the positive reviews are fake, possibly paid accounts or bots, rather than written by real people. Don’t be fooled into booking here. During my September 5, 2021 stay, the lobby was at least 90 degrees, which made the stench worse. My room had dead bed bugs and dirty towels that staff wouldn’t replace. Their website advertised complimentary breakfast, but when I asked, they said there was no free breakfast and just pointed me to food delivery, with no credit for it. The bed bugs alone made me check out right away, but they refused a refund. The Marriott down the street was only $30 more, and the difference was night and day. Thank goodness I used a credit card instead of cash. Don’t make the mistake of staying here.

I’m a single mom with a new baby and a service animal. The man working was rude, inconsiderate, and no help. He charged me a $25 pet fee for my service animal and a $100 deposit even though I’d already paid online. Because my baby was almost five months old, I pushed the bed against the wall. At checkout the next morning, he yelled at me about moving it and said I wouldn’t get my deposit back, then chased me out of the motel shouting while I held my cat. I’d had a bad experience before, but tried staying again. I wouldn’t recommend it. If you need an affordable, clean motel, I’d suggest central motel. They’re beautiful.

From the start, the front desk guy had a terrible attitude. There weren’t any extra services, and booking online still came with a $100 security deposit. When I checked my account, I saw he’d returned only $60. I left the room just as I’d found it so there’d be no reason to keep the money, but he claimed we’d had extra guests. It was only my wife, daughter, and me. I wasn’t pleased at all. The lot is usually empty, and now I can see why. It feels like they stay in business by scamming people. I’d give zero stars if I could. Definitely don’t stay here.

The room smelled terrible, like weed, and the staff’s handling of my dogs was rude and unprofessional. I called ahead about pets and told the receptionist I had dogs. At check-in I told her I had three, and they charged me for two. Later they added a $100 charge, accusing me of sneaking in a pet. When I called, the woman said she was the one who checked me in and insisted I’d told her one dog. I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This was the night of January 17.
