One moment that meant a lot was when the staff decorated the whole lobby so my kids and I could take family pictures. They’ve treated us like family, checked in on us, helped with the kids, and made sure we felt supported. After an uncomfortable stay at another hotel, arriving at Park Terrace Suites felt like finding somewhere we belonged. My family has been through a lot this past year, and being here has brought positive change. Our suite is clean and spacious, with enough beds, pillows, and room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen has silverware, plates, and what we need to cook and eat together. From the warm welcome with no judgment to the care we’ve received since, this has been an uplifting stay for me and my kids. It feels safe, loving, and welcoming, and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a place where people treat you with respect and compassion.

The rooms are really clean, and the price is affordable. The people were so warm and welcoming that it felt like I had a new family. This will be my first choice whenever I come back to Fort Morgan.

This place shouldn’t be rated above 2.5. It’s old, poorly maintained, and has long-term tenants. Our first-floor bathroom window was large enough for someone to climb through, but wouldn’t shut or lock. The room was meant to be non-smoking, though it clearly wasn’t. The bed had a huge dip in the middle, like a donut, and the bathtub drain didn’t work. The heater, which was the AC unit, wouldn’t work either. No one answered the front desk when I tried to report the problems. It should have cost $65, not $120.

The Halloween decorations are unbelievable. Stop by while trick-or-treating, the doors open at 5:30 pm for little trick-or-treaters. The Park Terrace Inn is clean, family friendly, and a very nice place to stay. The managers are knowledgeable and friendly, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

At the Terrace Inn, the staff make you feel like family. They’re warm, caring, and welcoming, and I’ve never stayed anywhere that comes close. The rooms are amazing too. I can’t wait to come back and see everyone again.
