We held a family reunion here last summer, with our group using eight condos. I can only speak for ours, where I spent the most time. Sue and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the large gas grills were handy. Our second-row condo on the beach side still had a small view of the beach and water from the living room and screened porch. It was very clean, and the decor was a little dated but not a deal breaker. The kitchen had what we needed for most meals, though our unit didn't have a dishwasher, unlike most of the others. It's a great spot for families, and we'll be back next year to try another unit.

My parents return every year, and the quality is excellent for the price. It suits people who care more about affordability and are fine handling everyday things like cooking and cleaning themselves. If you're looking for lots of amenities, it probably won't be the right fit.

I've stayed here many times and think it's a very nice place. The stairs are the one drawback. As I've gotten older, my knees can't manage them day after day for a whole month.

Suzie was wonderful, and the place was really clean. We had the best time during our stay this past February. Great location too.
